After Delivery
- Mangoes will be semi-ripe to nearly ripe.
- Store them in a cool, dry place (outside the fridge) until fully soft and fragrant.
- Once fully ripe, refrigerate and consume within 2–3 days.
Important: For Fully Ripe Mango Deliveries
When a batch is delivered already ripe (based on order timing or season), follow this:
Handling & Storage
- Soak mangoes in clean water for 30–60 mins
(reduces natural heat).
- Refrigerate immediately after soaking.
- Eat within 2–3 days.
- Wash again before eating.

These are NOT defects:
- Sweet aroma at the stem
- Slight wrinkling near the stalk
- Minor freckles or dark speckles
- Slight softness
- Sap marks on skin
