Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is applicable only when explicitly mentioned as part of a promotional campaign, subscription plan, or special offer.
Unless specified, standard delivery charges (if any) will apply at checkout.
Order & Address Details
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide:

Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- If the ordered product(s) are in stock, the order will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
- If one or more items are not in stock, they will be freshly produced or sourced and dispatched within up to 10 working days from the date of order.
- In such cases, customers will be informed in advance about the revised dispatch timeline.
Delivery Timeline
- Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Sundays and public holidays are non-working days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
