Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• If the ordered product(s) are in stock, the order will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
  
• If one or more items are not in stock, they will be freshly produced or sourced and dispatched within up to 10 working days from the date of order.
  
• In such cases, customers will be informed in advance about the revised dispatch timeline.
  

Delivery Timeline

• Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  
• Sundays and public holidays are non-working days
