Refund, Return & Replacement Policy – Farmer’s Table
At Farmer’s Table, we take great care to ensure that every product delivered to you meets our quality standards. Since we deal in natural, chemical-free, farm-sourced food, returns and refunds are handled thoughtfully to ensure fairness for both our customers and our farmers.
Once an order is confirmed, Farmer’s Table does not accept general return or refund requests. However, in the situations outlined below, we are happy to work with you to find a fair and amicable resolution.

1. Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please notify Farmer’s Table within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +91 86929 61939
- Share the following details:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One clear image of the outer packaging/box
- Two clear images of the damaged product
- Unboxing video clearly showing the damage
- Order number
Resolution:
- The affected product(s) will be replaced (refunds are not applicable)
- Replacement delivery may take 7–10 working days
- In case of multiple-item shipments, only the damaged item will be replaced
2. Missing Product
If any item from your order is missing:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +91 86929 61939
- Share the following:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One image of the outer box
- Two clear images of the opened box
- Unboxing video showing all items received
- Order number
Resolution:
- Refunds are not applicable
- The missing product will be re-sent promptly after verification
3. Spoiled Product
If you believe a product has spoiled:
- Notify Farmer’s Table within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +91 86929 61939
- Please share:
- Order number
- Date of packaging / date of manufacture (if applicable)
- Clear images or a video showing the issue
- Order number
Important Note on Natural Products:
Farmer’s Table products are 100% natural, chemical-free, and largely handmade. Because of this:
- Variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are natural and expected
- Such variations do not qualify as spoilage or defects
- Returns will not be accepted for natural variation alone
Resolution:
- Each case is reviewed with care and diligence
- If spoilage is confirmed, the product will be replaced
- We assure a fair and transparent outcome in all cases
